Small Change for Europe

You have ideas for Europe? We give something to it!
With Small Change for Europe, we quickly and easily support good ideas and projects that deal with Europe politically, artistically and socially.
The aim of the Toepfer Foundation is to support individuals, groups or institutions in the realization of their projects in an unbureaucratic and speedy manner. Driven by the conviction that even small changes can have a big impact, the foundation provides smaller funding amounts (up to 5,000 euros) and offers the use of various premises if required.
For funding applications that do not relate to Small Change for Europe, please refer to the Toepfer Foundation's general funding conditions.

promote exchange, cooperation and understanding in Europe
deal constructively and critically with the European idea
address the threatened cohesion of Europe
strengthen diversity
are oriented towards the common good
Initiatives, groups and individuals who:
are politically, socially, scientifically or artistically
are concerned with Europe.

Subsidies
Assumption of costs for fees, materials, equipment and
public relations
Travel, mobility and work grants for conferences, seminars and workshops
Working stays in other European countries
Scaling of an existing project
Room offers
Seminar center Gut Siggen (up to 24 pers)
Conference room in Hamburg (up to 12 pers)
Renting an office, work, conference room, pop-up or co-working space
